Homemade Pasta (for lasagna, ravioli etc.)
Ingredients
250 gr. Semolina flour
50 gr. Flour type “0”
5 gr. salt
150 ml. water
1 spoonful extra virgin olive oil
Method
Knead the ingredients for the pasta, creating a volcano of flour and pouring the water in a little at a time whilst kneading the dough. Work the dough until it is soft and easy to knead; leave to rest at room temperature for circa 30 minutes.
