Vegan Mayonnaise
Ingredients
100 ml. Soya drink
Circa 150 ml. Sunflower oil
A ittle salt
1 spoonful of lemon juice
1 teaspoonful of mustard
A little tumeric
Method
Put the soya milk in the mixer bowl and add the salt and lemon. Start to mix. Slowly pour in the oil, a little at a time. The mayonnaise whips together in a few seconds. Add the spoonful of mustard to flavour and tumeric to add colour.
Will keep in the fridge in a tightly closed jar for up to 3-4 days
