Ramekins of Millet
Ingredients
150 gr. Millet
• 2 carrots (or a small slice of pumpkin)
• 5-6 mushrooms
• ½ pepper
• Oil and salt
• Nutritional yeast
• Pepper
• tumeric
• Other seasonal vegetables
• optional: bechamel
Method
Boil the millet then leave to cool.
Meantime cook separately the finely diced vegetables with oil, salt and a little pepper.
Colour the boiled millet by adding a teaspoonful of tumeric (mixing well) then add the cooked vegetables.
Pour the millet and vegetables into an oven dish, you can even add a little bechamel.
Press well and season on top with the nutritional yeast (which flavours and forms a nice crust in the oven) and extra virgin olive oil.
Cook at 180°C until golden.
