Vegan Pastry Chef


Pastry chef with an endless passion for vegetable pastry of which he is one of the most significant representatives in the Italian panorama.

 

Chef D’ Aloia graduated from the Catering School of Varese, entering the kitchens of different hotels and restaurants and continuing his training with masterchefs in cooking and pastry at an international level. After developing a lactose intolerance he decides to devote himself to a type of cooking and pastry that does not require its use, becoming one of the pioneers of Italian vegetable pastry.

With the urge to write a new pastry page, he continually creates new products and discovers new processes, holds courses for professionals and people with a passion for cooking and has an Instagram page where he promotes this new kind of pastry culture.
