Brownies
Ingredients
180 gr. type "2" flour
40 gr. bitter cocoa
200 gr. dark chocolate
50 gr. sunflower oil
120 gr. whole cane sugar
200 gr. vegetable milk (of your choice)
optional: nuts, hazelnuts or coconut flakes
Method
Start by melting the dark chocolate in a bain-marie (I advise dark 50-75%).
Meantime put all ingredients into a bowl and mix well (avoiding the formation of lumps). Then add the melted chocolate and pour everything into a pyrex dish lined with greasproof paper.
Bake in a static oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes considering that the result must be a moist cake.
Leave to cool down then cut into large squares and serve with a spray of whipped cream (soya) and 1 strawberry.
