Sweets on a stick
Ingredients
These are small single portion desserts to insert on a stick (just like ice pops) and then top with chocolate and sweets 100% vegan
in this version the dessert is a banana bread, but other types of dough can be used
for 8 sticks I used
1 banana
200 gr. type 2 flour
70 gr. sugar
1 cup of still water
10 gr. yeast for desserts
30 gr. seed oil
Dark chocolate drops
FOR THE TOPPING
120 gr. dark chocolate
1 teaspoon of coconut oil
Coloured sweets
Method
Blend the banana with water and oil.
In another bowl mix the flour, sugar and yeast then add to the liquids and mix. Add the chocolate drops.
Pour the mixture into baking cases and place in the oven at 170°C until golden. Once cooked, insert the stick and freeze.
When you want to make the sweets, melt the chocolate in a bain-marie, add the coconut oil and put in a glass. Insert the frozen sponge into this to cover with the chocolate (on contact the chocolate will solidify very quickly) then decorate with sweets or whatever you please!
