300 gr. chestnut flour
4 spoonfuls brown sugar
380 gr. water
2 spoonfuls olive oil
40 gr. pine nuts
1 handful raisins (softened in water)
some rosemary leaves.


Sift the chestnut flour, add the sugar, water and extra virgin olive oil. Now add in the previously soaked raisins, pine nuts (also nuts if desired) and some sticks of rosemary.
Pour everything into a tin lined with greaseproof paper and decorate with other pine nuts, nuts and raisins and rosemary. Put into the oven at 180° for about 30 minutes.
