Ingredients
200 gr. flour type 1 or 2
80 gr. brown sugar
70 gr. chopped hazelnuts or hazelnut flour
3-4 gr yeast for desserts
3 spoonfuls dark chocolate drops
50 ml. sunflower seed oil
70-80 ml. vegetable drink
Method
Firstly mix the dry ingredients sifting the flour, yeast and sugar.
Then add the liquid ingredients forming a soft workable dough. Continue to knead by hand to mix well all the ingredients and form a compact dough. From this break off little balls and roll out in the form of maxi biscuits (or use your preferred molds).
Cook in the oven at 180°C for about 10-15 minutes
