Dark Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients
400 gr. cream of tofu (aka silken tofu)
200 gr. dark chocolate
30 gr. syrup of agave or maple syrup
Method
Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or microwave: it should melt slowly (careful to avoid burning)
Once melted incorporate with the cream of tofu and add the syrup to sweeten a little: whisk until the mixture is smooth and even.
Divide into little containers and place in the fridge for at least 2-3 hours before serving.
You can garnish at will using: fresh fruit, chopped nuts, pistachios, grated coconut, forest fruits or create layers with other creams thus forming a delicious new dessert.
