Ingredients

for the spoons:

crazy dough

for the spread:

200 gr. cashewnuts

3 spoonfuls of lemon juice

a little salt

enough water to make the mixture creamy

1 spoonful of red berries

chives (or other herbs)

 

Method

Soak the cashewnuts for about 4 hours: then drain, rinse and put in a mixer (or blender) with the salt, lemon juice and water (with the water dose a little at a time to avoid mistakes). Start to blend and add the red berries. When you achieve a nice smooth, creamy mixture you can add the chopped chives or other herbs depending on preference.

Meanwhile roll out the crazy dough and form into spoon shapes using spoon shaped cookie cut outs: bake in the oven at 175 degrees for a few minutes.

When baked place on a dish and spread the cashewnut spread on top, maybe with the help of an icing bag. Decorate as preferred and serve!
