Chocolate cream
Ingredients
270 gr. Preferred vegetable drink
35 gr. flour
30 gr. Bitter cocoa in powder (or bar of chocolate melted in a bain-marie)
50 gr. Brown sugar
Rind of untreated orange (optional)
Method
Pour the vegetable drink, brown sugar and flour into a pan. Cook on a low flame and mix with a whip, adding the rind of untreated orange. Turn off the flame when the cream thickens and cool placing on top of a layer of clingfilm.
