Lemon cream
Ingredients
300 gr. vegetable drink (soya, almond, rice…)
45 gr. flour
30 gr. Brown sugar
Rind of 1 untreated lemon
Tiny amount of tumeric (to colour)
Method
Pour the vegetable drink, brown sugar and flour into a pan. Cook on a low flame and mix with a whip, adding the rind of half an untreated lemon, then add the tumeric. Turn off the flame when the cream thickens and cool placing on top of a layer of clingfilm.
