Coconut cream
Ingredients
40 gr. cornstarch
1 tin of coconut milk
40 gr. Light brown sugar
Method
In a bowl pour the coconut milk, the grated rind of 1 lime (or more) the sugar and cornstarch. Heat in a small pan and turn off before it gets too thick.
