Vanilla cream
Ingredients
300 gr. Vegetable drink (soya, almond, rice..)
45 gr. flour
30 gr. Brown sugar
Pulp of 1 vanilla pod
Tiny amount of tumeric (to colour)
Method
Pour the vegetable drink, brown sugar and flour into a pan. Cook on a low flame and mix with a whip, then add the vanilla and tumeric. Turn off the flame when the cream thickens and cool placing on top of a layer of clingfilm.
